We need an English-fluent Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Responsibilities:
- Design visual assets for branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content
- Create on-brand static graphics for web, social media, and print
- Produce optimized images for social media channels — including proper sizing, format, and visual style per platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Design web-ready graphics and visual components that align with site layouts, UI style, and performance requirements
- Develop and maintain brand identity systems and style guides
- Collaborate with the web and content team to produce cohesive visuals across all channels
- Deliver polished, production-ready files across multiple formats
- Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining design quality
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing static design work — branding, layouts, digital assets, and social media content
- Must have branding design experience, Everything from brand concepts to taking brand guidelines and applying them to marketing materials - presentations, documents, etc.
- Hands-on experience creating assets for social media platforms
- Experience designing graphics for websites — banners, hero images, icons, and other web-ready visuals
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment
It´s a Plus:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics (After Effects, Lottie, CSS animations, or similar)
- Familiarity with web design principles or basic HTML/CSS
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
