Brand & Marketing Specialist

As Brand & Marketing Specialist – Prosthetics, you are part of the North Europe Marketing team and responsible for the execution of marketing activities for the prosthetics portfolio. Your primary focus is the UK market, where you translate global strategies into practical and effective local marketing initiatives.

You work closely with Marketing and Sales colleagues to execute campaigns, product launches and commercial initiatives. This role does not include people management and reports to the Marketing Director North Europe. The position is based in Eindhoven, with occasional travel across Northern Europe.

Your Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
 localisation and execution of global marketing campaigns for the UK market.
Launch & Commercial Support
coordination and execution of go-to-market activities for new and existing products in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
Local Marketing Activities
develop and implement local marketing initiatives tailored to the UK prosthetic market.
Marketing Materials
Coordinate and update marketing materials and tools to support the sales organisation.
Customer & Market Insights
Collect and share insights on customer needs, market trends and healthcare developments in the UK to support ongoing marketing activities.
Market Monitoring
Support the gathering and analysis of market data to contribute to campaign improvements and portfolio decisions.

Who You Are

• You are hands-on, structured and have experience in working in an international marketing environment.

• You enjoy working cross-functionally and supporting and collaborating with commercial teams.

• You are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects within a defined scope.

• You combine creativity with analytical thinking.

• You are fluent in English. Dutch or a Scandinavian language is a plus.

• You have 5 years of experience in marketing, brand support or product marketing.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a regulated environment is a plus, but not required.

• Knowledge of the UK healthcare system is an advantage, not a must.
