The Marketing Specialist provides day-to-day support to Product Managers, executive leaders, and cross-functional teams by coordinating assets, timelines, approvals, and communications across product initiatives. Supports internal reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and quality of output. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, clear communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
Job Description
Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support Product Managers in developing and executing marketing strategies for new and existing products, including the creation and delivery of integrated marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Pharmaceutical Product Knowledge, Basic understanding of products and therapeutic areas; actively learning through training and team support.
Market and Customer Insights, Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient needs; supports data gathering and insight development.
Digital and Data Literacy, working knowledge of digital tools; assists in campaign execution and learns basic data analysis.
