Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation: $24.00-$26.00/hr
  • Location: Austin, TX OR Hillsboro, OR (Full-time, On-site)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (with opportunity for overtime)

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced: 2–4 years of proven success in high-volume recruiting (corporate or agency), ideally with exposure to upper leadership roles.
  •  Influential: Confident in leading conversations with executives and hiring
  • managers, challenging assumptions, and shaping recruiting decisions.
     Adaptable: Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and adapting quickly without losing sight of long-term goals.

What the Role Requires

  • Own the full recruiting process from writing attention-grabbing postings to closing candidates and ensuring a strong start on day one.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert, advising leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain proactive sourcing pipelines on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and beyond.
  • Drive results in a high-volume environment, you’re measured by impact, and you deliver.
  • Contribute to weekly leadership meetings, offering insights and strategies to elevate hiring outcomes across the company.
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit aggressive hiring targets that directly impact DaBella’s growth trajectory.
