In this role, you will support our Global Marketing Communications team by transforming creative concepts into polished, technically accurate final artwork. What you will be doing?

• Prepare and refine layouts for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy and alignment with output specifications

• Deliver technical production of static and dynamic assets, including graphics, motion graphics, and video

• Manage file preparation, version control, asset organisation, and release of final files to internal platforms and external vendors

• Collaborate with the Creative Lead, Graphic Designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure quality and brand consistency

• Support review and approval cycles within a regulated medical device environment while meeting agreed deadlines

What will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience

• Proven experience delivering visual layouts from concept through final production

• Strong knowledge of print and digital production standards

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative tools to produce production‑ready assets (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects)

• Advanced English proficiency to work effectively in a global environment

• High attention to detail with strong organisational and version control skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience working with brand guidelines in a corporate or regulated environment
