What you will be doing?
Create high‑quality video, motion graphics, and animated assets for digital channels including social media, web, email, and digital advertising
Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual treatments aligned with brand standards and marketing strategy
Design and adapt digital assets such as social graphics, presentations, digital signage, and email visuals
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing, and other teams to deliver clear visual storytelling
Manage multiple projects to deadlines, maintaining organised files and optimising assets for different digital platforms, including accessibility standards
What will you need to be successful?
Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics, or equivalent experience
3–5 years of experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video (experience in global, agency, or regulated environments is a plus)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative tools, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Mac environment preferred)
Advanced English proficiency to work effectively in a global environment
Strong visual storytelling skills with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and incorporate feedback collaboratively
