Graphic Designer

Overall Responsibility:

• Lead and execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand strategy.
• Provide creative direction and maintain a consistent visual identity across all design outputs and communication channels.
• Oversee the creation of design materials such as banners, posters, social media content, and printed materials, ensuring high aesthetic standards and strict compliance with brand guidelines.
• Proactively propose creative ideas and improvements to enhance brand image and campaign effectiveness.

Specific duties:

• Develop design concepts based on briefs or instructions from the Marketing Manager.
• Lead and oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality output and consistency.
• Provide creative direction and ensure alignment with brand strategy across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to finalize design output, especially with the Marketing team optimizing visual communication.
• Design packaging in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Create visual and video content for digital platforms (YouTube, Zalo, Facebook Fanpage, TikTok, etc.).
• Design branding materials for:

• Distribution and direct channels
• Exhibitions and events (e.g., promotional gifts, signage, dealer certificates)

• Coordinate with external vendors (printing houses, agencies, suppliers) to ensure quality production.
• Support and contribute to internal and external events.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

• SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Graphic Design or related fields.
• Proven experience in handling diverse design projects across digital and print platforms.
• Experience working in corporate environments or with construction industrial products is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesgin,…)
• Good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to guide and develop junior team members.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.
• Intermediate level of English (reading and basic communication).
• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• Creative mindset with good aesthetic sense.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a passion for design and willingness to learn.
