We are seeking a Senior Product Development Project Manager to lead transversal product development initiatives, including new product launches, plant transfers, and strategic catalog updates.

This is a senior-level leadership role supporting maternity leave coverage, where the selected candidate will manage projects independently and drive end-to-end product launches with minimal oversight.

This role requires a strategic, agile, and experienced professional capable of leading cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development and launch projects
• Develop and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Manufacturing
• Lead project review meetings and resolve roadblocks
• Support new innovation product briefs and concept development
• Conduct feasibility analysis including cost, timeline, and sustainability
• Manage plant transfers and packaging development projects
• Drive risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Support global product development initiatives
• Maintain project documentation, tracking, and reporting
• Provide guidance to team members on development and cost considerations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in:
• Product Development
• Packaging Development
• Project Management
• Experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, or CPG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience
• Experience managing product launches from concept to launch
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience cosmetics, consumer goods (Highly Preferred)
• Experience with global product launches
• Technical packaging experience
• Experience with cost analysis and feasibility planning
• Experience managing transversal projects
