Job description

  • Strategic client engagement — Identify target clients using data-driven insights, then partner with Sales to develop and execute tailored engagement plans that drive product adoption, increase usage, and proactively manage retention risks.

  • Training and consulting — Understand the key drivers of behavioural change and design customised training and consulting programs aligned to business priorities. Facilitate impactful sessions — from webinars to face-to-face workshops — for leaders, teams, and individuals.

  • Product expertise and client satisfaction — Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of SEEK's product suite to serve as the subject matter expert for clients. Manage customer happiness across the full client lifecycle.

  • Collaboration and relationship building — Build and sustain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, driving a cohesive one-team approach that accelerates speed to value.

  • Client and people management — Partner with clients to understand their strategic sourcing needs, manage senior stakeholder expectations, and champion client feedback within the organisation.

  • Data analysis and project management — Use data to draw actionable insights on client performance, identify opportunities for further product adoption, and develop engagement strategies that deliver measurable results.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience driving high-impact, customer-focused initiatives
  • Demonstrated success in facilitating group training and one-to-one consulting to achieve strategic business outcomes
  • Proven track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and solutions
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive behavioural change
  • Understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, HR technologies, and talent acquisition — a background in Human Resources or Recruitment is highly regarded
  • Natural curiosity about customer success, the recruitment industry, and human capital trends
