Competitive benefits package Career advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement and Future Forward education benefit programs What You'll Do As a key member of the care team, you’ll coordinate and assist providers to ensure safe, high‑quality, and cost‑effective care for our patient population, including: Perform and document preliminary patient assessments, including: Height, weight, pulse, blood pressure, and temperature Ensure patient charts are complete and accurate prior to provider evaluation Interview patients to identify current medical needs and relevant health history Assist providers during examinations, treatments, special tests, and procedures within scope of practice Administer medications as ordered by the clinician Support clinic flow in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment while maintaining attention to detail Collaborate with the care team to provide an exceptional patient experience What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Candidates will provide proof of current certification from one of the approved certifying registries including: • CMA with the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) • CCMA with the National Health Career Association (NHA) • RMA with the American Medical Technologists (AMT) • American Registry of Medical Assistants (NHCWA) • National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) • National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP) • American Allied Health (AAH) RMA with the American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA). If a candidate is not currently certified, they must obtain certification or registration by the end of the sixth month of their hire and sign an education agreement. Experience: Previous work in a medical office, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire as CMA, RMA or CCMA, required. Current State Drivers License (Palliative Care Only), required. Additional skills required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.
