Job description
Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking an experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our team in Holmdel NJ. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our business operations and procedures comply with the firm’s internal policies in regard to travel and expenses related to travel. Responsibilities Assist in implementing and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures. Manage and monitor unreconciled and/or unapproved staff expense reports and corporate card transactions and work with Admin staff to resolve. Audit expense reports based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with the T&E Policy. Assist with projects and initiatives for the Corporate Expense Program. Reconcile credit card reports. Assist in the development of compliance training programs. Provide support and training to end-users using the Concur Expense as needed. Assist with Concur Help Desk support cases. Perform other duties as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent in education and experience. 1-3+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrate general computer skills, knowledge and acumen (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite). Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work well with and communicate with all employees and managers. Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and be detail oriented. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills. Ability to work with and maintain confidential and sensitive information. Strong technical computer skills, comfortable working in various systems. Experience with SAP Concur highly preferred. Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
