Job description

Job Description : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate closely with project managers, team members, 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and external parties
  • Manage project documentation including meeting minutes, contracts, and reports
  • Identify and escalate project risks and issues in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
