We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting project managers and teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is an organized communicator with a passion for coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.
  • Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Track project progress and update status reports regularly.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Support project managers in resource allocation and task assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project.
