Job description
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background or formal studies in Human Resources who is eager to develop their career and make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. As part of our People & Culture department, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer generation
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes, including documentation preparation, new starter setup (access credentials, equipment allocation), and orientation activities
- Prepare employment contracts, amendment letters, and other employment-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support probation review processes and maintain associated records
- Coordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final documentation
HR Administration & Compliance
- Establish and maintain accurate, organized employee records and HR systems
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, organizational policies, and employment standards
- Monitor employment documentation and right-to-work verification
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR matters
- Support payroll coordination and related administrative functions
Internal Communications & Employee Engagement
- Assist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, team updates, and company announcements
- Support employee engagement programs, team events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Help foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment through collaborative communication efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
