Job description

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT/software sector.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

-Understand client needs and propose tailored IT/software solutions.

-Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to create proposals and pitches.

-Prepare and present business proposals, RFP responses, and technical solutions.

-Track and achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion objectives.

-Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements with clients.

-Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

-Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market feedback to leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in IT/software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software products, IT solutions, and enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
