Manager - Acquisitions

About the role

Sydney Airport is looking for a commercially driven, data-led Acquisitions Manager to join our high - performing Commercial Transport team. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, bookings and revenue growth across one of Sydney Airport’s most important commercial assets.

This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end acquisition role. You will own the acquisition strategy, identify and scale growth opportunities across paid media, partnerships and emerging channels, and use data and experimentation to maximise performance and ROI.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to…

• Own and deliver the end‑to‑end customer acquisition strategy
• Drive bookings, revenue growth and market share through paid media, partnerships and new channels
• Lead performance marketing across search, social, programmatic and affiliates
• Manage agencies and partners to deliver strong performance and innovation
• Use data, testing and optimisation to continuously improve CPA, ROAS and conversion
• Build strong internal partnerships across Commercial, Technology, Data and Corporate Affairs

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, digital or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth roles
• Proven experience managing multi‑channel acquisition strategies
• A commercial, data‑led mindset with a bias for action and experimentation
• Proven success driving measurable revenue and growth outcomes
• Excellent stakeholder and partner management capability
