Scullery Attendant - Kitchen Hand

We’re looking for a Full‑Time Kitchen Hand to join our friendly and supportive team at the Qantas Lounges by Accor at Sydney Airport. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll play a vital role in keeping our kitchens clean, organised, and service‑ready:
• Washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines.
• Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment and reporting any issues.
• Keeping kitchen, preparation and scullery areas clean and hygienic.
• Ensuring correct handling of chemicals and equipment.
• Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Working across a rotating roster, including, mornings, afternoons and weekend

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential).
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team and keep up during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and pride in a clean work environment.
• MUST have flexibility to work a rotating roster.
• MUST have full working rights in Australia.
