Job description
As a data scientist (AI/ML Engineer), you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to support our HR and Facilities teams and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Facilities, Finance, IT, and business analysts to automate processes, optimize data workflows, and create predictive models that improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the scalability, reliability, and accuracy of our HR and Faciliites operations.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to automate HR and Facilities processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and optimize ERP systems.
Automation: Implement intelligent automation solutions to streamline HR-related workflows, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Real Estate Management, Workforce Planning and M&A Integration.
Data Integration: Work with data engineers to integrate people and places data from various sources (ERP, CRM, etc.) and ensure seamless flow of data into machine learning models.
Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models for HR planning and forecasting, talent management and acquisition, and trend analysis to assist in strategic decision-making.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities within the ERP system for process automation and optimization, utilizing AI/ML techniques for improved financial performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Finance, IT, and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Model Evaluation: Continuously monitor the performance of AI/ML models and refine them for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for models, data pipelines, and algorithms, and report on the impact of AI/ML solutions to leadership.
Research & Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI/ML technologies and HR automation, bringing innovative ideas to the table for process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years of experience working on HR, Finance or ERP systems.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.).\
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data storage technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
- Experience with AI-driven process automation and robotics (RPA) tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
