Job description

  • Lead and oversee daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B teams
  • Monitor inventory, cost control, and departmental budgets
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and pest control programs
  • Drive sustainability initiatives (energy saving, waste management)
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Ensure VIP rooms are prepared and inspected to the highest standards
  • Oversee Lost & Found procedures and internal controls (linen, uniforms, keys)
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Lead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team to maximize performance and engagement
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in Housekeeping within 4–5 star hotels
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in guest service
  • Solid understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and quality standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
