Restaurant Incubation Lead

 

Main responsibilities

• Own end-to-end restaurant incubation across APAC (activation to early performance)

• Define, track and improve key incubation KPIs

• Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor ramp-up

• Design and scale standardized incubation processes across markets

• Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams

• Establish clear governance and accountability between COE and local market teams

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor incubation and experience

• Pilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve incubation performance

 

 

• 6–10 years of experience in operations, vendor management or marketplace environments (preferably food delivery or tech platforms)

• Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalability

• Proven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimization

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regional and global teams

• Experience working with BPOs, COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantage

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability
