• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Assist in creating and managing campaign assets aligned with messaging and brand standards
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
• Help define campaign objectives, audiences, and messaging with guidance from leadership
• Execute lead generation initiatives across email, social, webinars, and events
• Support paid advertising and retargeting efforts
• Assist with lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates
• Monitor campaign performance and support reporting on KPIs
• Participate in A/B testing and optimization efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or campaign-related roles
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
• Understanding of digital channels (email, social, paid media)
• Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision making
