Boeing Global Services - Government (BGS-G) supports military and government operations around the world through innovative and reliable service offerings, ensuring mission readiness and effectiveness for our customers. The BGS-G Domestic Business Development & Strategy (BD&S) team is seeking a Capture Team Lead (CTL) to lead key campaigns for Mobility and Surveillance Aircraft Services (M&SAS) for the E-7 as well as the KC-46, KC-135, and C-17 platforms.
This role is a critical part of BGS-G's M&SAS growth strategy, offering the opportunity to lead key capture efforts, shape strategy, and support new business development across a diverse and evolving services
Position Responsibilities
- Capture Support and Implementation:
- Proposal Development
- Cross-functional Coordination
- Customer and Stakeholder Support
- Gate Reviews, opportunities, capture schedules, and budgets
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 4+ years' experience in any of the following sectors: defense, aerospace, or government services, Business Development, Capture Management, Strategy, Program Management
- Experience performing strategy related work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, facilitating strategic decisions)
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Experience working with multiple internal or external stakeholders (i.e. business partner, customer, Finance, etc.) in planning and executing projects
- Ability to travel to support business and team requirements (approximately 40%)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Experience working with the United States Airforce and Air National Guard.
- 3+ years' experience performing strategy-related work (e.g. market or competitive research and analysis, strategy development, facilitating strategic decisions)
- Experience as a strategic business partner supporting a leadership team
- Experience and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong relationships with defense customers and other key stakeholders to understand defense requirements, budgets and planning for effective shaping of acquisition strategies and influencing requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent military experience

Summary pay range: 112,200 - 174,800
