OVERVIEW

We're looking for a driven, high-velocity Campaign Producer with deep experience in large-scale, digital-first brand campaign production to support a high-output marketing team at one of the world's most recognizable tech brands. This is a senior-level contractor role built for a producer who thrives under pressure, moves fast, and knows how to deliver exceptional work in compressed timelines.

The right person has been in the room for the big ones — Super Bowl digital activations, Olympics social campaigns, NBA Finals content rollouts, Grammys real-time programming — and knows what it takes to orchestrate complex, multi-million dollar productions from kickoff to launch across digital channels. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen. You see it, you build the model, and you drive it forward.

This role demands production versatility across the digital spectrum: the ability to flex between high-scale digital media development and bespoke, high-visibility digital activations — from social and OLV to Sphere takeovers, d/OOH, and in-stadium digital builds. You're equally comfortable managing a high volume of quick-turn deliverables as you are orchestrating technically complex, one-of-a-kind digital executions.

AI is not a nice-to-have in this role — it is a core expectation. You are actively using AI tools in your day-to-day production workflow and can speak specifically to how you've applied them to drive efficiency, improve output, and solve real production problems. You are not waiting to see where AI goes. You are already there.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Campaign Producer will oversee end-to-end production across large-scale, digital-first brand campaigns spanning social, OLV, streaming, paid digital, and cross-channel executions, as well as high-impact bespoke digital activations. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external production partners, and ensure every deliverable meets creative expectations, technical specs, and brand standards — often within aggressive timelines tied to major cultural tentpole moments.

You will be expected to manage projects with budgets of $50M or more simultaneously, making this a high-accountability, high-visibility role on the team.

WHO YOU ARE

  • A seasoned, hungry producer who has managed large-scale digital-first brand campaigns — including major cultural moments — from concept through final digital delivery. You're not intimidated by $50M+ budgets or six-week windows to launch. That's where you do your best work.
  • Deeply experienced across the full digital production spectrum: high-volume digital media development (social, OLV, paid, streaming) and bespoke, high-visibility digital activations including d/OOH, Sphere takeovers, in-stadium installations, and other breakthrough digital surfaces.
  • Someone who walks into a new production and immediately starts building the operational model: the right structure, the right partners, the right cadence — without being asked.
  • Agile and fast-moving, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift without losing quality or momentum. You bring velocity without sacrificing rigor.
  • A strong project manager who can handle many unique, simultaneous deliverables across quick-turn timelines — and keep every one of them on track.
  • A proactive communicator who consolidates feedback efficiently, keeps stakeholders aligned, flags risks early, and brings solutions, not just problems.
  • Experienced managing third-party production partners — including music licensing, technical production, and specialty vendors — with the clarity and rigor to hold them accountable.
  • An active, daily user of AI tools in your production workflow.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

  • This isn't a role for someone rooted in traditional broadcast or linear TV production. The work here lives in digital — in social feeds, streaming platforms, digital out-of-home, and culturally timed content that moves at the speed of the internet. If your background is primarily in broadcast or linear, this is not the right fit.
  • This is also not a role for someone who is still figuring out AI. The team is actively integrating AI tools into production workflows and expects this person to arrive already doing the same — with real examples, real tools, and a genuine point of view on where it's going.
  • This isn't a role for someone who needs a runway to get up to speed. You'll be expected to assess the production landscape quickly, establish the right operational model, and start driving programs from day one. The productions are big, the timelines are tight, and the bar for quality is exceptionally high.
  • This role also requires a rare range: the ability to operate across both high-volume digital execution and bespoke, technically complex activations within the same team, sometimes within the same campaign. If you've delivered across that full digital spectrum under pressure — and you're hungry to do it again — this role is for you.

Must-Haves

  • 8–12 years of experience in brand campaign production with a strong digital-first focus spanning social, OLV, paid, streaming, and multi-channel digital programs.
  • Proven experience managing production budgets of $50M or more across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Direct experience producing digital campaigns tied to major cultural tentpole moments such as the Super Bowl, Olympics, NBA Finals, Grammys, or comparable large-scale events — with a focus on digital and social execution, not broadcast or linear TV.
  • Production versatility across the full digital spectrum: high-volume digital media development (social, OLV, paid, streaming) and bespoke, high-visibility digital activations (d/OOH, Sphere, in-stadium, specialty builds).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute quick-turn activations requiring many unique, simultaneous deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish the right operational model for new, complex productions — without waiting to be directed.
  • Experience managing third-party production partners including music licensing vendors, technical production teams, and specialty partners.
  • Strong command of digital and social brand production workflows from brief through post-production and final delivery across digital channels.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to consolidate feedback, maintain stakeholder alignment, and facilitate decisions across multiple disciplines and levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver under compressed timelines and shifting priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • High agility and velocity — you move fast, adapt fast, and keep productions moving forward.
  • Actively using AI tools in your day-to-day production workflow. Candidates must be able to speak to specific tools, specific use cases, and measurable impact on their production process. Exploratory or aspirational answers will not be sufficient.
  • Availability to work overtime or weekends during peak launch periods when needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Agency experience, familiarity with agency-side production workflows, and client management is a strong plus.
  • Experience producing for a global tech brand or working within a large in-house creative team.
  • Background in managing productions with a significant web or interactive digital creative component.
  • Experience with experiential or live event production with a digital integration component.
