Test Execution & Lab Operations

• Execute sanity, regression, and qualification test suites for eMMC and UFS devices as per provided test plans and instructions.
• Set up, configure, and maintain validation platforms, including host systems, chambers (HTOL/LT), power supplies, and debug tools.
• Load firmware images on eMMC/UFS devices and perform execution using in‑house validation tools.
• Run tests across temperature corners and different host platforms (Linux, Android, Windows where applicable).

Failure Logging & Reporting

• Capture logs, traces, and failure artifacts (protocol logs, system logs).
• File defects in tracking systems (e.g., JIRA) with clear reproduction steps and data.
• Perform first‑level triage to identify setup vs product vs environment issues.

Lab & Infrastructure Support

• Maintain lab hygiene, cable integrity, board health, and SDR availability.
• Coordinate with infra and execution engineers for setup recovery and reruns.
• Support periodic audits of lab assets and report recurring setup issues

 

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware setup and test execution.
• Basic understanding of eMMC / UFS concepts and storage devices.
• Familiarity with Linux commands, flashing tools, and log collection.
• Good documentation discipline and ability to follow execution checklists.
