Creative Designer & Video Editor

We’re looking for a highly creative and execution-focused designer who can take ownership of visual storytelling across multiple formats. This role combines design and video editing; you should be equally comfortable creating polished decks and editing engaging videos.

Key Responsibilities

• Create structured pitch decks and presentations from rough ideas or inputs
• Design social media creatives for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram
• Edit founder and product videos into concise 30–90 second narratives
• Create motion graphics and visual storytelling content
• Turn complex ideas into clear and engaging visual communication
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and improve outputs

Requirements

• Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to execute designs quickly while maintaining clarity and quality
• Understanding of visual storytelling and content structure
• Portfolio showcasing design and/or video work is mandatory

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, Canva

Nice to Have

• Experience with startup/agency environments
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Understanding of social media trends and formats
