• Configure and maintain Workday Learning module
• Set up:
  • Learning courses, programs, and campaigns
  • Certifications and compliance training
  • Learning assignments and enrollments
• Manage content integration (SCORM, external content providers)
• Configure learning security roles and permissions
• Support learning-related business processes (approvals, notifications)
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate training requirements
• Perform testing (unit, integration, UAT) for learning features
