About the Role Speech Kids NY is seeking motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) for an in-person, school-based position serving preschool and school-age students in Brooklyn, NY. This position offers guaranteed hours, consistent scheduling, and a supportive clinical environment , allowing clinicians to focus on therapy while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Schedule Guaranteed 6 hours per day (30 hours per week) 5 hours direct therapy 1 hour documentation and paperwork (built into schedule) Monday–Friday school schedule Compensation (W-2) Monolingual Providers: $65/hour – Clinical Fellows (CFs) $75/hour – Licensed SLPs Bilingual Providers: $75/hour – Clinical Fellows (CFs) $90/hour – Licensed SLPs Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct speech-language therapy services Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff Communicate student progress with families when appropriate Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology NYS TSSLD certification (required or eligible) NYS Speech-Language Pathology License (preferred) CCC-SLP (preferred but not required) Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Bilingual Extension in Spanish or Passing BEA Score Benefits Health Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Disability Insurance Flexible Schedule Referral Bonus Program Clinical support and CF supervision available Work Location In person — Brooklyn, NY 11219 Candidates must be able to commute to the school location.
