Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Duties

• Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes
• Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times.
• Must have strong sense of urgency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience 
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
• Familiarity with dining standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Certification in food safety is required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority
