Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Ivy Rehab,you'llbe instrumental in promoting our clinics' services tohealthcare providersand practices within a designated region.Collaboratingclosely withOperations and Marketing,you'lldevelop and execute strategic plans to increasenew patientreferrals and drive growth.

This position requires regular travelthroughout the assigned region.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Communicatingthe company's value and services clearly tohealthcareproviders andcommunitypartners.
  • Buildingandmaintainingstrong relationships withhealthcareproviders inyourassigned zip code territories.
  • Documentinga minimumof50uniquein-personinteractionswith referral sources weeklyin Salesforce, includinghealthcareproviderinteractionsandcommunity events.
  • Analyzingreferral trends (short and long term) to guide outreach efforts and boost referrals.
  • Sharingaweekly snapshotreport outlining tactics, key trends, provider feedback, and upcoming eventswith Sales and Operations leadership.
  • Meetingregularly with Operationsleaders to align goals and share insights.
  • Supportingclinic growth by expanding referral networks and increasing brand visibility.
  • Workingclosely with clinical staff to support clinic goals and ensureeffective collaboration with local referral sources.
  • Buildingpartnerships with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizationsto support growth goals
  • Assistingin launchingand promotingnew clinic locations in the region.
  • Achievingquarterly sales goals andsubmittingreports on time.

To excel in this role, you shouldpossess

  • Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles
  • Strong communicationskills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff
  • Comfortable withmedical terminologyand clinical settings
  • Skilled innetworking, public speaking, and relationship building
  • Results-driven, creative, and able to work independently or on a team
  • Willing to attendevening or weekend eventsas needed
  • Familiar withSalesforceor other CRM systems
  • Track recordofmeeting goals and growing in fast-paced roles
