  • Coaching: Coach and develop the team's skill set and individual career growth.

  • Forecasting: Manage activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above-quota results.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts to the VP of Americas & EMEA.

  • Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business and expansion revenue within North America.

What we're looking for

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years managing Account Executives in SaaS.

  • Builder Mindset: Proven experience building out sales teams from the ground up in the Mid-Market segment

  • Proven Track Record: Previous overperformance as a SaaS Account Executive and a successful track record of leading teams to exceed their goals.

  • Deal Sophistication: Experience negotiating deals that are $10k-200k

  • Sales Methodology: Deep understanding of value-based sales and managing sales cycles efficiently.

  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to review KPI data to identify trends in execution and to create action plans if necessary.

  • Environment: A self-starter who enjoys working in an environment with autonomy and a “trust but verify” culture.

  • Travel: An individual experienced with on-site customer meetings and traveling an estimated 25% for company events, industry events, and customer on-sites.

Nice to haves

  • Tech Sales: Experience working with Inventory Management, Back Office, ERP, and/or other technologies that represent the "top 3 spend" for a customer.

  • Sales Frameworks: Experience with using GAP Selling and MEDDICC in pipeline reviews.

  • Vertical Knowledge: Experience in the Restaurant & Hospitality technology sector.

What you'll get

  • Compensation: Competitive pay with uncapped commission.

  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, and 401K benefits.

  • Flexibility: Unlimited PTO.

  • Engagement: Company SKO and off-sites in the US.

  • Development: Opportunities for growth and career advancement within a team-oriented culture.

  • Impact: Work for a category-leading solution provider in developing a key segment of our future growth.
