About the Role 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable visual designers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered creative systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to visual design, user interface assets, branding concepts, and practical aspects of design workflows
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, creativity, and alignment with professional design standards
• Draft realistic design scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. designer, client, creative director, or stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated visual content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true design reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional design projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about visual design at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level visual designer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing design projects and creative deliverables
• Skilled at evaluating design processes, documentation, and quality standards
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
