About the Role 10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable product designers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered design systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to product design, design processes, documentation, and practical aspects of product development
• Evaluate AI responses for creative quality, practical application, and compliance with real-world requirements
• Draft realistic product design scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. product designer, client, user, or stakeholder)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated design content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true product design reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional design projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about product design at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level product designer with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing product design projects
• Skilled at evaluating design solutions, documentation, and compliance with requirements
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
