The cleanliness of our hotel is one of the key reasons guests return and recommend us to others. Our Housekeeping team plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experiences every day.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential to ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our quality expectations.
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will spend much of your shift inspecting rooms and public spaces, training team members, and supporting daily operations. You will also motivate and guide staff to consistently deliver outstanding results.

Your Role:
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay
- Coordinate daily workflow and assign duties to team members
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
- Hold team members accountable for quality and performance standards
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees
- Support inventory management of linen and supplies
- Assist with performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Front Desk and other departments
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure proper and safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Fill in as a Room Attendant, House Person, or Public Area Attendant as needed
- Manage staffing needs, including coverage for callouts
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What are we looking for?
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping role required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and maneuver carts up to 100 lbs
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and moving equipment
- Basic reading skills for room numbers, dates, and instructions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
