Executive Housekeeper

You and your team will pay great attention to detail, thereby ensuring that our guests instantly feel at home. As well as coordinating and managing your team and working with external cleaning staff, you will also be responsible for:

• Upholding and implementing the Motel One housekeeping standards, as well as being responsible for cleaning all areas
• Producing duty rosters and holiday schedules
• Managing orders and deliveries within the Housekeeping department
• Helping to prepare monthly statements
• Conducting internal coaching and cross-trainings, as well as organising development training courses for Housekeeping staff

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here! Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional housekeeping experience in the hotel/catering industry or other sectors
• Enjoy developing employees – management experience is beneficial
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as an aptitude for keeping things clean and tidy
• Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
