We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technical Business Analyst with 10-12 years of experience in Custom Software Development. This part-time position provides the flexibility you need while offering an opportunity to leverage your expertise in bridging technology and business needs efficiently. Fluency in both English and Romanian is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable insights on a part-time basis.
• Analyze and document software development processes and business workflows using common Business Analyst tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Tableau.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to address needs and manage project expectations, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with the part-time schedule.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of custom software solutions with a focused approach, balancing responsibilities with part-time commitments.
• Evaluate the performance of software solutions and provide strategic insights for continual improvement.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or NLP enhancements) to optimize business workflows and elevate solution value.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the custom software development industry.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Romanian.
• Proven experience in project management and software development lifecycle.
• Good understanding of AI concepts such as machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, or intelligent automation, with the ability to translate AI opportunities into clear business requirements.
• Hands-on experience collaborating on AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., recommendation engines, automated data processing, chatbots, or analytics enhancements) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Tableau.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to problem-solve.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
