As a **Technical Business Analyst**, you will work directly with clients and business partners to translate their needs into actionable insights, focusing on back-end systems and processes. Your mission is to establish robust technical foundations that enhance our digital products while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners who may have limited technical knowledge to identify their needs and articulate technical solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating complex technical concepts in business terms to ensure alignment.
• Support the development and optimization of back-end systems and services, ensuring they meet the defined business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant technical products and support the overall project management lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather technical business needs and convert them into actionable technical plans.
• Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals with a focus on standardization, compliance, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in English to effectively engage with clients and business stakeholders.
• Strong technical background, with the ability to understand, analyze, and convey complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and also to the technical teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum principles.
• Exceptional documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A consultative and proactive mindset, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive informed decision-making.
• Comfort using or a willingness to learn technical tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with projects involving back-end development, APIs, and microservices architecture.
