As a Equipment Engineer with Airgas you will be Within the framework of a project execution environment, execute & deliver the assigned Static Packages - within contractual requirements, quality, schedule and overall cost effectiveness - in order to meet the overall Project objectives / targets
Job Duties:
Provide Technical specifications for static equipment/package
Perform the Technical Bid Evaluation & provide Technical recommendations for static equipment/package
Set-up the Purchase Technical specifications for static equipment/package
Support the success of the Vendor document review/approval for static equipment/package
Conducts and contributes to Equipment inspections at Vendor's site as per requirement at the request of the inspection department
Provide support and inputs in proposal development by fostering Equipment technical solutions
Provide Site assistance to build alignment and reply to Site queries
Coordinate and collaborate with other discipline contributor engineers and project support functions such as procurement and planning
Differentiating Criteria
Level of Ownership & Growth: Application of standards & Procedure. Management guidance and mentorship is provided on a weekly basis. Works in close alignment with leadership for final approvals.
Projects scope & complexity:
Contributing to moderately complex project execution of Engineering & Procurement (EP) scope
Front End Engineering Design (FEED)

Required Qualifications:
Engineering Degree (Bachelor's)
3+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large machinery and Familiarity with international & national standards
Scope = pressure vessels,columns, tanks and Shell and Tube/Plate fin Heat exchangers, electric heaters for ASU, Oleochemical, oil & gas plants
