Engineer, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (Die Attach)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good discipline and behavior, willing to learn and grow.
• Responsible for Equipment Engineering KPI which is MTBA, OEE, machine downtime, Quality and Preventive maintenance.
• Ability to support on hardown machines and assist technician to troubleshoot the machine.
• Ability to support on machines improvement in term of productivity and quality.
• "This role requires reliable presence to support operational and team objectives. Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance aligned with the company’s work schedule."

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor / master in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic / Mechanical or equivalent field
• Good communication skill
• Able to read, write and converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia

PREFERRED:

• Familiarity in computer system & computer network
• Familiarity in MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook
• Able to work independently
• Have a good interpersonal skill
• Multitasking
• Die attach basic knowledge 

SKILLS:

• advance in microsoft Excell and Powerpoint
• Troubleshooting skills on K&S wirebond machine 
• expert in why-why analysis
• Advance in 8D methodology
