Admissions Director Pines Village Continuing Care Retirement Community A Fellowship Life Premier Community Whiting, NJ
Pines Village Continuing Care Retirement Community is seeking an experienced and compassionate Admissions Director to lead and manage the admissions process for our premier senior living community.
Responsibilities include
- Overseeing all aspects of admissions for Skilled Nursing
- Serving as a primary liaison to prospective residents, families, hospitals, and referral sources
- Managing inquiries, tours, assessments, and admissions documentation
- Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational regulations
- Collaborating with clinical, social services, and operations teams to promote a seamless transition for residents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; healthcare or related field a plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of admissions, sales, or healthcare management experience
- Knowledge of continuing care retirement communities and long-term care regulations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, service-oriented approach aligned with Fellowship Life values
