Webmaster/Web Operations Specialist

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Webmaster to manage and optimize our website as a core marketing channel. This role is responsible for content publishing, CMS management, resolving technical issues, and developing new features to improve site performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, format, and publish content (landing pages, blogs, service pages) via CMS 

• Manage and maintain the CMS and website infrastructure 

• Ensure content accuracy, layout consistency, and responsive design across devices and browsers 

• Build and maintain functional, user-friendly web pages and features 

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (bugs, broken links, images, performance issues) 

• Test websites across browsers, operating systems, and devices 

• Optimize website performance, loading speed, and capacity 

• Implement and maintain technical SEO best practices (on-page, indexing, etc.) 

• Monitor and analyze website performance (traffic, UX, conversions) and recommend improvements 

• Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to implement updates 

• Develop and implement new features, modules, or integrations 

• Maintain site security, including backups, updates, firewalls, and access controls 

• Address user issues and feedback related to website experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or in a similar role 

• Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) 

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript (SQL/XML is a plus) 

• Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, and web standards 

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) 

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently 

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills 

• Good communication and teamwork skills, with professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)

• High attention to detail 

Nice to Have

• Experience with CMS customization or theme development 

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) 

• Basic UX/UI understanding 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
