Job Summary of Senior Sales Business Development Executive
This role drives revenue growth through proactive prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing an assigned territory, and delivering results aligned with organizational strategic goals. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Sales Business Development Executive:
- Identify and engage prospective customers, assessing their needs and aligning them with DHL's products and services.
- Develop and present proposals, rate structures, and service options to both new and existing accounts.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities, drive KPIs, and maintain a strong hunter sales mentality.
- Manage an assigned territory with detailed knowledge of potential customers and competitors.
- Foster strong customer relationships while collaborating with regional teams to support sales initiatives.
- Facilitate account onboarding, ensuring smooth transition and required documentation.
- Assist with accounts receivable collections when needed.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends, and measure progress toward targets.
Qualifications and Experience of Senior Sales Business Development Executive:
- Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience within the forwarding or logistics industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and adapt to changing conditions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to influence and persuade stakeholders effectively.

Salary
$83,403.75 – $111,205.00 annually, based on experience.
