Power Platform Developer

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Primary Skills (Must have)

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), Dataverse (security, data modeling).

• Custom Connectors & API integration (SAP BAPI/ODATA, OAuth2, pagination, retries).

• .NET/C# for REST APIs, middleware, plugins, unit testing.

• React + TypeScript for PCF controls and SPFx solutions.

• M365 & SharePoint Online integrations using Graph/SharePoint APIs.

• ALM & DevOps: Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, solution pack/unpack, automated deployments.

• Delivery leadership: Estimation, sprint leadership, code reviews, mentoring.

Secondary Skills

• Data Gateway installation/configuration

• Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD

• Reviewing business blueprints, design/UAT documents, go?live support

• Data migration experience

• Staying updated on Power Platform latest features & best practices

Good to Have

• Advanced PCF (virtualized lists, file pickers, charts)

• Power BI exposure

• Power Pages experience

• Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Managed Identities

• Power Platform CoE & governance

Qualifications

• 6- 9 years total experience; 4–6 years in Power Platform

• Preferred Certifications: PL?400, PL?200/PL?100 (added advantage)
