Role Description

The Quality Assurance Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Randolph, NJ. The individual will be responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance by performing routine quality assurance and quality control tasks. This includes monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting quality management systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold quality measures and address any concerns proactively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify discrepancies, and resolve quality issues
• Experience with Quality Management systems and compliance regulations
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and document findings clearly
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices is beneficial
