Entry Level Production Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist production staff with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Help set up and break down equipment and production areas before and after shoots or events.
• Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and task execution.
• Manage inventory and organize production materials and supplies in an orderly fashion.
• Provide on-site support during production activities, including running errands and managing logistics

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle varied responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as needed.
