What’s the role?

If you’re the go-to person, the one who answers the questions, with the know-how to keep facilities running like clockwork, new opportunity for a Refrigeration Mechanic to join our Facility Maintenance team, working on a 2:1 roster. 

We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had previous experience in facility maintenance across the domestic and commercial sectors. Our Refrigeration Mechanics are team players, have a can-do attitude, are flexible and always remain focused on safety and service delivery.

To be successful, you’ll need:   

• Relevant trade qualification(s) and certificates,

• QBCC essential or ability to obtain.

• Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rights

• Demonstrated experience in a similar maintenance position, at least 3-5 exp post' apprentice.

• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and background checks

• A can do friendly attitude, nothing too big or small!

Working on the mines can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s not for everyone—our casual FIFO roles require flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to work across a variety of roles and duties throughout Queensland. Candidates must be local to where the job is being advertised or willing to relocate at their own expense and should be prepared for 11-hour workdays on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on-site, one week at home).
