Compliance Manager East - Licensed Trades | Mon- Fri | Brisbane Support Centre

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• You are a trade-qualified professional (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Building) with:

• 10+ years’ experience in a licensed trade discipline.

• Strong working knowledge of Acts, Regulations, Building Codes, and Australian Standards.

• Demonstrated experience in compliance management, auditing, or supervision.

• Proven ability to investigate incidents, manage risk, and implement corrective actions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report writing skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to influence others in compliance best practice.

• Trade qualified in at least one licensed trade (Electrician, Plumbing, HVAC or Building) with at least 10 years experience.
• Additional auditing, compliance or WHS qualifications - desirable
• Current C Class driver's license
• National Police Clearance
