Position Overview
We are seeking an outgoing, proactive, and results-driven Junior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. You will work closely with various teams and be responsible for digital marketing, event coordination, and market research. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and brand.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including website updates, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Coordinate industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry
- Experience with HubSpot
- Demonstrated experience in marketing to drive business results
- Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work 100% on-site in Newark, New Jersey
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in HubSpot with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
- Natural leadership skills combined with creative and analytical thinking
