Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with strong full-stack development expertise to support enterprise applications within Global Wealth’s Strategic Investment Research and Portfolio Trading platforms. This role involves building and enhancing applications that support portfolio management, operations, and research analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of market data and data flows, along with hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications using modern technologies. In addition, candidates should be comfortable leveraging AI-powered development tools (such as Claude and GitHub Copilot) to improve coding efficiency, testing, and workflow automation.

This position requires close collaboration with Product Owners, Business Analysts, stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver robust solutions for trading and research systems while modernizing existing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET and SQL Server-based web applications, including integration with third-party systems.
• Lead modernization efforts, transforming legacy systems into scalable and future-ready architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding development teams, enforcing coding standards, and conducting code reviews.
• Support production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for trading and research applications.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance engineering productivity.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and software development lifecycle.
