We are seeking a Summer Intern for our Product Development Team with a passion for developing and applying methods to develop immunoassays for new biomarker detection. The successful candidate will learn the biomarker development strategy and be able to execute and analyze experiments for establishing immunoassays for new biomarker detection as well as assisting with process improvement projects. The candidate will work with innovative technology and collaborate with a highly talented and motivated team to address unmet research and medical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the trained knowledge and skill sets to design, execute, and analyze experiments for assay development and process improvement projects.
- Analyze data, present insights, and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and storage of reagents for running immunoassays.
- Assist in the recording and storage of related data and electronic documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with general lab techniques and lab instruments, any experience with liquid-handling instruments is preferred.
- Understanding of immunoassays, such as ELISA & ability to analyze assay data is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Excel, and other MS Office
- Must be self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude and demonstrate project management skills.
- Strong communication skills to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $25/hour - $35/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The ranges displayed on each job posting reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries but are subject to change if the leveling of the role is adjusted.
