We are working with a YC-backed AI startup building at the frontier of browser automation and AI agents.

This is not a “join a team” hire. This is a build the company with the founders hire.

They are tackling a multi-billion dollar problem around manual operational workflows across legacy systems, replacing human input with AI-driven automation at scale.

What you’ll actually be doing

• Architect and build core product + infrastructure from day one
• Develop systems that automate complex web workflows
• Ship AI-powered features that interact with real-world software using natural language
• Own product decisions, not just tickets
• Work directly with customers and iterate fast
• Define how the product is built

What we’re looking for

• 2–6 years building real production systems
• Strong full-stack capability (TypeScript, React, Node or similar)
• Solid understanding of systems, performance and scalability
• Product mindset – focused on outcomes
• High ownership and ability to move fast
• Bonus: Automation tools, AI/LLMs, startup experience
